Our Campaign Mission
Jon Serrano's mission is to advocate for equitable access to healthcare, economic opportunity for all, equality, separation of Church and State, women's rights, racial justice, clean energy, a reduction of pollution, and so many more issues for the residents of the 10th Congressional District and beyond. He is committed to integrity, transparency, and inclusive representation, striving to amplify the voices of marginalized communities and address systemic injustices through collaborative policy solutions. Together, we aim to build a more prosperous and resilient District 10, where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
This campaign is about representing the people of the 10th Congressional District of New Jersey and creating positive change within the community. With Jon Serrano's leadership and your support, we can deliver real results for our community, as well as for the rest of the country!
My Story
Since the time I was able to formulate my own thoughts, I always wanted to help people. My mom and dad brought me up to always be kind, caring, and helpful to anyone who needs it.
I am hispanic, openly gay, and a student worker who feels that there is a much bigger purpose for me on this planet. I'm just a normal 20 something who wants to see the country go in the right direction.
Since the Presidential Election of 2016, I have felt the world changed for the worse. Then, when the life-changing pandemic of COVID-19 hit us and shut down the world while one of the biggest Presidential Elections was taking place, I had never become more interested in politics and wanted to do whatever I could to change this country for the betterment of its citizens. More words follow "We The People" in the Constitution. I believe that right now, being elected into the House of Representatives can be how I truly change this country for the people of the United States.
